Right, so
We’re soon to be together. Yay! So short and sweet: good job dealing with this whole visa thing. I think we are all going to be fine. I know that some of us did not fill out our application perfectly (I am one) but I am pretty sure that we’ll be fine getting our visa’s. So let’s not worry about it. Oh, and post a reply to this blog when you get your passport back so we can keep tabs on who has what. Keep Angel in your prayers. She’s in India and will be back one day before the leaders have to be at AIM’s office… and she can’t get her visa until she gets back. So yeah, pray.
Things to get:
Mosquito netting. I’ve never bought mosquito netting before, so it’ll be fun to find it. I’m going to check REI or maybe an ARMY surplus store. This will be for our beds so we don’t get eaten alive when we sleep. Cool huh.
Some kind of camping bowl or plate. This is what we will be using for our meals et. al this summer. I have a Nalgene bowl that has a lid for backpacking. It could even ziplock brand. Oh and some kind of camping utensil. Wal Mart sells both these.
Dark (black/blue) bandanna for training camp so we can blindfold you and make you run through the woods (not really, but we need a dark bandanna for training camp)

Only took three visits to DC to get lol. (Embassy was closed the first time due to a Thai holiday)
Hey Im going along with Luke to get both our visa on tuesday, they’ve been ready for a few days but its a long drive to get them and Ive been unable to go. Apparently one of us could drop them up but we both need to pick up our own? Who thought up that one. Anywho, I just thought Id mention I got my mosquito net, already dipped, which is awesome for $40 at my local travel clinic. It was an awesome buy. Peace

Luke and Jenn, do you know who Todd Bentley is? I went to his revival last night in Lakeland, Florida! He’s from Canada, and aparently everyone in the world knew who he was but me!
luke and I finally picked up our visas today, was I ever reminded how I hate big cities!!
Sarah, no I have no clue who that guy is, although I cant speak for Luke, He is much more versed in preachers then I, I prefer a few specific men and thats who I listen to where he knows many more then I. Thats a question for him. How was the revival?
I received mine today (27th). It only took a week from sending it to receiving it (I overnighted both ways).
And Angel got her visa when she was in India. Praise the Lord!

I got in touch with the Thai embassy today. I was able to work out the postage problem over the phone (they’re really nice!). The lady said that they’ll ship it out sometime this week.

To my surprise, my visa was waiting for me when I got home today!
Ok, so I havent been home today, but my mom said that my visa came in!!!! and I dont think she lied so thats coo!!
